• 세종대로변의 구 국세청건물이 철거되면서 성공회성장전면공간이 열림에 따라, 1900년도의 풍경을 고스란히 담고 있는 덕수궁, 정동과 함께 도시에 새겨진 시간의 켜와 역사의 흔적을 읽을 수 있는 공간이자, 서울시청 광장과 연계하여 시민들의 문화를 담아내는 중요한 마당으로 조성하고자 한다.
